Those rims never last. One or two potholes and they’re all singed up.
Odd spoiler in 3 distinct pieces. Old Camaros and Firebirds.
FUN FACT: Most Americans won't fit in the Jimny.
Yes 300zx but not turbo. Big difference.
This move toward all SUVs... I just don't get it. What do all these people see in SUVs??? Top heavy, bulbous doodlebugs. Have people lost all sense of style?
Quite common here in Italy and one of the favourite of cab drivers. It looks ugly but kids love it: a friend of mine had one lent from a dealership while he was waiting for his new car and his kids loved it so much that when he eventually got the new car, they didn't want to part with the Multipla.
Cool a BMW M1 !! :P
Do you have to describe each item's use? I believe we all know what lights, microwaves, stoves and sinks do. Just a thought. Nice van though. I'd use it.
Doug still uncertain about his exact height 🤣🤣🤣
This ! Is never going to get old
If you rent a car on turo, does that give you the right to record a video and upload on youtube?
28:37 Am I the only one who saw that Miata ? 👀
The LOUD button is for LOUDNESS EQUALIZATION. It basically avoids bass saturation when the volume is high and the music is bass intensive. God bless.
The prices on these cars is what houses used to cost.
So would a lot of people here in the U.K. But we can't get them
I love the Maxima! Thanks Doug for the trip back in history.
Dont blame the car, is for India and Thailand....not for Usa there are even worse cars like Chery or Tata, good Video!
This is amazingly designed car, if you don't get stuck with old fart stereotypes! Why if there's anything that's not like anyone else - it must be ugly?!!
GM missed the mark. This car would have been so much cooler with the hurst olds lightning rod shifter. Something in the cabin that screamed performance that the hurst olds didn't give us.
Hello Doug. I'm actually surprised you have found this car in the US. Also I was one of the few people on earth, who was actually sitting in one. And actually the history of this car is also kind of interesting. In 1986 Fiat bought the company so over the time all the new projects should have been based on same platform with Fiat's and Lancia's cars. Which meant also all the new upcomming cars having FWD. During the time, models Spider and 75 Milano were still in production, but their production stopped in early 90's while SZ (Trophy) and RZ still be in production. And RZ is actually last Alfa Romeo car with RWD until 2013 4C and 2015 Giulia (except the model 8C, which was actually built in Maserati on the base of Gran Turismo with Ferrari/Maserati powertrain, so it is basically Maserati with Alfa Romeo badge). And actually the engine (as you correctly called it Busso), you may want to check this engine in 916 GTV/Spider with 3 litre V6 producing ~220 HP or one of the GTA models (147/156) where the engine has power output over 250 HP. The engine looks amazing under the hood and has awesome sound. Several car journalists evaluated the engine as the best sounding V6 of all time.
Seems like a lot of issues for a brand new, 19k mile car that's mainly seen easy highway driving. I've put 75k miles on my modified 2017 F150, a lot of it hauling and offroad, and have had 0 issues. I just shipped it to germany to drive across Europe.
I wonder if the mountain thing on the owners manual is the mountain area where the rally one went rallying
Somebody did quite the poor job detailing the paint.
Can I purchase this particular car if so link me up with the owner.
Sp-7 could mean seven speakers used? Four in the doors, two behind, a subwoofer in front?
It looks like a Volvo and a Genesis had a baby
The most beautiful Lamborghini ever built.
The fanatical selection physiologically spark because sidewalk rationally clip midst a distinct dorothy. right, efficacious snow
We need this era of Doug posting all kinds of stuff back!
When a Honda gets more views than a Lamborghini.
Wow, I feel special, seen 2 on the road. Decade or more apart, one in Maryland one in Florida. Red one and a white one. Love em and always have. I think many made a bigger deal of these from the Rocky film(s).
A really pretty car..imagine if they made the same car with todays tech...phew..
This is Jopa
no one going say anything about the pink water?
A family member used to work for FIAT in Portugal, and she said that all the top management wanted this car to use during weekends. They could choose among all the FIAT brands at the time, FIAT, Lancia, Alfa Romeo… She still have one :)
I would keep the cover in place so people cant see what you have to steal.
I WANT!! 😍😍😍
This is the only guy who can make me initially look at a car and be like, "Eh its okay." Then be fully convinced that it's a banging ass car!!!
Maybe buy third party steels?
"Doug DeMuro dunks on Lamborghini for 15 minutes."
It looks like a converted ambulance. $1000.
Exactly. Who wants to drive a tractor to work.
So if the window winder is in the front, and the windows are up and the door won't open, how are you going to get it Doug.
Born in the late 90s, the original R8 was and always will be an absolute legend in my mind. A classic I’d love to own one day.
Kia stinger looks good
8:40 less than a Ton.... Daaang
Just bought a diesel pt Looser. Ok price and in great condition.
I actually wanted this and the countach. And it does look like a Pantera. This car is straight miami vice style lol, love it!
$9k? We have a used Abarth here with 95k miles on it and it’s $12,500.00. I’d go look at it if it were $9k. Lol!
1:50 wait that doesn't add up "it beat 100km/L" yet the "9L" fuel tank only gets less than 500km ? That can't be right.
i have a 2017 Q50S and my screen is nowhere near that bad. its pretty normal really. im not really sure what infiniti owner hurt doug's feelings but its pretty obvious he's extremely biased in this review. fyi, the Sport dynos are 300 rear wheel hp and the red sport dynos at 375 rear wheel hp. both are underrated.
I want those rims Great review Doug.
Modern cars from the 1980’s and up? Lol Doug, any car that is older than 25 years old is considered an antique, please rephrase that
its funny that the registration with number 69 is from Alabama
I lieks this but not as much as I love family
I had a Del Sol Vtec when I was young, can't remember what the model was but it was the top of the line model. It was such a fun car and it also had an 8k RPM redline. I ran the crap out of that thing and it never had 1 problem, except the clutch but that was my fault. It had over 100k miles when I traded it and never did a thing to it except oil changes. Probably should have done a timing belt.
Where would you have found leaded fuel - even in the mid-80s?
The keypad was for leaving your keys in the car and locking it
Communists only know awfull engeneering..
It’s so ugly 🤢🤮
10 million dollars for a car? Bruh... I stopped the video right there.
Nothing grosses me out more than a 30+ year old fridge.
I always think you do very good reviews and a countdown them for information but I did think you were a little harsh on this Nissan maxima I would’ve rated it much higher in nearly everything because I would’ve compared it to cars of its own era not against modern cars which it can’t possibly compete with.
Hit the like button if you own an S2000 and every person you love, know or has even heard of you has sent you this video. #QuirksAndFeatures
You need to review Cadillac CT4 and CT5. Full size RWD
This guys grandfather had to be Ed Sullivan, the constant body movements drive me nuts.
We had an 89 Roadtrek....loved it.
I have 165/80R14 wheels on my diesel car....all that weight pushes on the narrow tires and gives a great grip...also water puddles are not a slightest problem... The thick sidewall makes the ride really cushioned (but also somewhat boaty steering) and cars suspension don't wear out as fast i bet...Also you can pretty much run the narrow tires until there is no thread left it still grips the road pretty well, i change mine when the cord is showing...super environmentally friendly=)
When are you doing the new Grand Cherokee?!?
Looking at a Trabant is mostly usual to me, because I'm a center European from a country that was part of the Soviet Union from all 45 to 91.
C3 is my favorite <3
Well, it's not German so obviously it gets a low fun factor score. Sticking a BMW badge on this would add 8.
You forgot some stuff. Tail lights - the turn signals were designed to look like an "arrowhead" so it points out the direction where you turning by design. The headlights - the reason for high beams to be so up was to having them as up as possible to be able to better light the area before the car. The doorhandles - one way to use them is the way you described, but imagine Europe with it's small parking lots with as many parking spaces as possible. Thanks to the door handles you did not scratch the other cars around with opening your doors. The Interior - although there is a "robot" vent, there is also a "astronaut's helmet" when you look at the tacho/speedometer area closely. Snap on the gearchanger was pretty standard in Europe as here most of the gearboxes were manual at the time and almost all common cars had these. The hoop. This solution was applied in order to get more inside space without making the car wider, as normally the inside door handle is lower and takes part of inside space of the vehicle. The engine, yes, it is not very quirky, but originally, you could buy the car with 1.9 litre turbo diesel with about 105 HP (later introduced with more power, up to 120 HP) or you could choose the 1.6 litre gasoline powered engine, which could be manufactured (by FIAT) with ability to use LPG or CNG, therefore you could pick of 4 possible fuels in the FIAT catalog... so yeah, not so quirky, but I think it worths to mention.
Love how doug gets shut down lmao 34:38 "doug is the steering tight?" Leno "excellent" proceeds to floor it
We owned a Silver 2005 1.9 diesel JTD Eleganza......quirky, distinct, and brilliant. We got ours remapped so that it could embarrass hot hatches! We loved it and would have bought another if Fiat had kept making them!
